For questions regarding your e-Residency application
The Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PBGB)
- technical issues when submitting your application
- get an error notification within the application environment
- making changes to your application (e.g. details or pick-up location)
- payments, receipts, refunds, or failed transactions
- eligibility requirements, restrictions, or rejected applications (including appeals)
- delays in processing (e.g. if no decision has been made within 30 days)
- your e-Residency account (e.g. account deletion)
- collecting your e-Residency kit or confirming your pick-up location
- questions about mobile pick-up locations, including schedules, locations, and other matters
- closing your e-Residency or if your status has been revoked
