How is your money kept safe?
Coop Pank is a credit institution providing financial services under the license issued by the EFSA (Eesti Finantsinspektsioon) in 1993. The EFSA exercises supervision over the management of assets of Coop Pank and its clients. Clients’ assets held by Coop Pank are comprehensively protected through three measures: banks` internal control system, banks’ equity capital and the state system for protection of depositors. To protect clients’ interests and preclude frauds, Coop Pank has in place an internal control system and working procedures and guides itself by good practice and ethical rules. Coop Pank always prefer clients’ interests to those of the banks and pursue its activities with integrity and transparency. Issuance of Electronic Money and payment services is provided by PayrNet Limited, a company incorporated in England and WalesPayrNet takes its responsibility to protect your funds very seriously. As an authorised e-money institution we are obliged to hold the funds received from you for e-money and/or payments separately from our own company funds and in an EEA-authorised credit institution until we make your payment. This means that in the event that PayrNet becomes insolvent, the administrator will be able to identify the funds that belong to our customers and our customers’ claims will be paid from these funds in priority over all other creditors (minus the cost of distributing the funds to meet the customers’ claims) The funds that we hold for you in exchange for e-money and to make payments are not deposits and therefore not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. We safeguard your funds with a number of EEA-authorised credit institutions or the Bank of England, depending on the type of service you have selected. In all cases, though, we have selected our safeguarding partners carefully to ensure, as far as we can, that they have sufficient reserves and are unlikely to become insolvent.
Payhawk is PCI Level 1 compliant with Bank-level security under PCI-DSS standards. Payhawk Limited is registered under company registration number 11747263, 100 Bishopsgate, London, United Kingdom, EC2M 1GT. Payhawk Visa Cards are issued by Payrnet Limited authorised and regulated in the United Kingdom by the FCA as an Authorised Electronic Money Institution. Customer money is being kept safe in segregated, safe-guarded accounts of our cooperation banks.
Intergiro is an Electronic Money Institution, regulated in Sweden by Finansinspektionen (The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) under the Swedish Electronic Money Act (2011:755), Licence Reference: 48003, for the issuing of electronic money. We are required by law to protect clients money by safeguarding it with a bank, segregated from Intergiro's own funds. That means, in the unlikely event that Intergiro become insolvent, client money will be unaffected and will be refunded to clients in full.

Juni is PSD2-compliant. This means that our product is being designed in accordance with the European standards for safe and secure payment services. In simple terms, Juni meets the requirement for strong customer authentication and you will always be refunded for any unauthorised payments (e.g. payments made by someone else following an Account Takeover) provided you meet the requirements set in PSD2. Those requirements are generally that you have not acted fraudulently or in gross negligence. The money in your Juni IBAN accounts are safeguarded in different places depending on the currency you have chosen. Your EUR funds are stored with The Bank of Lithuania.Your GBP funds are stored with The Bank of England. The money we use for our business operations is completely separate from the money you have deposited into your account.
