The Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PBGB)
The Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (PBGB) manages the e-Residency application environment, processes all e-Residency digital ID card applications and makes the final decision about your application.

Estonian embassies and pickup locations
You can pick up your e-Residency digital ID card abroad from an Estonian embassy, consulate or other official pick-up location.
Contact pickup location directly, when
- You want to schedule an appointment and cannot do it online
- You wish to change the pickup location of your e-Residency digital ID card
- You wish to confirm that your e-Residency digital ID card is at the embassy still
