Companies established through e-Residency are regular Estonian and EU companies. There's no separate legal category called an "e-Residency company" - it's simply a company registered in Estonia under the same laws as any other.
There are no special restrictions on what your company can do, as long as its business activities follow Estonian and EU legislation.
Avoid calling your business a "virtual company". In Estonia, managing a company fully online is already standard practice, and e-residents enjoy the same digital advantages.

Estonia’s business environment is highly regarded globally due to its trusted and transparent nature, as well as its location within the EU.
